The question:

We’ve been working with the team at Harbourside Fish & Chips for more than a year, and we’ve seen them achieve some great things during that time, including bagging several awards for their menu and sustainable approach to sourcing fish. They recently refurbished their restaurant and wanted to create some buzz around their new look. They had new branding and a website, but they felt they weren’t getting the kind of proactive digital support they were looking for. So they came to us to revamp the website and help them reach a much wider local audience.

The answer:

We started by building them a responsive website which tells customers a little more about them, highlights their unbeatable fish and chip menu (the healthiest in the UK) and even allows customers to book a table online. We also got seriously stuck into a comprehensive marketing campaign which involved structured social media advertising and email marketing, to drum up plenty of interest in their smartened-up premises.
